A Quick Spin at Lehigh Portland Trails

posted in: News 0

Another round of rainstorms has come and gone, leaving mountain bikers aching to get back onto the trails. After a few days of sun and wind, the trails have finally dried out enough to ride.

In fact, the singletrack at Lehigh Portland Trails is in great shape, fast, and smooth. There are a few woolly spots where relentless growth is closing in, but most of the trail is beginning to get nicely burned in.

Here are some photos from a recent outing:

Watch out for the occasional thorn!

There’s one fallen tree that still needs to be cleaned up, so watch for that, but otherwise it’s good to go. Get out and ride!

If the weather allows, the weekly group trail ride will be Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. Come join us!
