International Mountain Bicycling Association South Central Regional Director Steve Schneider visited Iola today to check out plans for the Lehigh Portland Trails, which will feature both a rail-trail-style gravel trail and and singletrack hiking/biking trails.
Steve stopped in at the Thrive Allen County offices to meet with Thrive Executive Director David Toland, and trail volunteer Randy Rasa.
Afterwards, Steve toured the trails site, and offered advice for planning, building, and maintaining our trails.
