The Humpty Dumpty Trail traverses a wooded area between the Backbone Trail, the West Spur Trail, and the Mountain Goats Trail. It twists and turns along large cottonwood trees, hardwoods, and large mounds of dirt, rock, and various types of debris, in an area that once served as an informal dump, of sorts. The trail can be ridden or run in either direction.
