UPDATE, 8am February 28: With the snows arriving a little earlier than predicted, we’re canceling the workday, and hoping for better weather in coming weeks!
The weather is looking a little questionable, but this is our last chance to make progress in February, so we plan to be working on Saturday morning, February 28th, from 9am to around noon.
If you’re able to help, you can park at the eastern trailhead, at the corner of 1600th and Nebraska Road (see map / streetview), and follow the main trail back to the worksite, a distance of about 3/4 of a mile. Bring work clothes, including gloves, head protection, and eye protection. We’ll have the Trail in a Box on site, with hand and power tools, but please feel free to bring your own tools if you like.
