The Lehigh Portland Trails are hosting a public work day on September 20th, 2014.
Volunteers are invited to visit the trails to get a sneak peek at the development, and to help with clearing the backbone trail.
Meet at the eastern trailhead, at the corner of 1600th and Nebraska Road (see map / streetview) at 9am. Work will last until about noon.
Bring work clothes, including gloves, head protection, and eye protection. Insect repellent is recommended. We’ll have some tools on hand, but if you have appropriate tools or equipment for clearing brush, please bring. Water and snacks will be provided.
